We chose the Chef’s Waygu Menu. My wife and I eat out about times a month. Craftsteak cultivates an aesthetic that combines Vegas swank with a homey accessibility. I can not say in the best of words how wonderful Craftsteak was.

Expect to pay a decent amount but it is truly worth the price. Restaurant Menu Sorry, we were unable to load the menu data. The lobster was good. My reservation was not honored by Craftsteak. I traveled to Las Vegas for business and was delighted to have dinner at Craftsteak!

I was expecting a bit more from this restaurant. The hostest was rude and arrogant. When we make our way back to Las Vegas, we will be making a reservation to return. My husband and I loved the food, service and the entire experience. I planned eating at Craftsteak for several months as I am a huge fan of Tom Colicchio. Sign up Veggas in. There was sauce in the pan that the steaks were delivered in, and we redipped our meat in it after we cut off pieces to eat. From the hostess who told us to find a seat in the loud, crowded bar area while we waited to be seated we had a reservationto the food server who supposedly mixed up our meats,the waiter who wanted us to actually switch our plates, the assistant manager who tried to laugh it off and finally to the manager who was so busy to really talk to us crafgsteak who did not have a business card on him, promised to call us the next day before we had a chance to call him, and ended up having an assistant manager call The restaurant’s philosophy is that simpler is better.
Vegad food was outstanding from the sea salted parkerhouse rolls to the amazing braised shortribs to the all the delicious sides we shared. Outstanding is an understatement!
